The Masters Interclub is a league open to all, above the age of fifty. It includes all the clubs in the Montreal area, from Hudson to the South Shore to Laval. The season starts in mid-Fall and finishes in the Spring. It is a fun league, with players of all levels of curling. Depending on the numbers, players will typically play 2 to 3 games a month, 9 to 10 over the course of the season, usually on a Thursday or Friday. The season consists of a series of home and away games against other clubs in the region. The games always start at 10am, coffee and donuts are served beforehand. Games are 8 ends, followed by refreshments with the opposing team. A lunch is then served, and the day typically ends around 2pm. In the past the cost per game has been $20 and the cost of whatever refreshments are purchased. It is a great way to meet other curlers in a fun/competitive atmosphere and visit other clubs in our area.
